The Solargorilla charger offers both 20 volt and 5 volt output sockets, creating the ultimate renewable power source for your laptop, Netbook, cell phone, iPod, gaming console or other device.
The Solargorilla works via two PV (photovoltaic) solar panels, which generate electric current when they are exposed to sunlight. Each solar panel is made of glass, which greatly improves its performance and the performance of the Solargorilla.
The Solargorilla is compatible with most laptops, cell phones, iPods, PDAs, handheld games consoles and Sat Navs. And it is perfectly designed for charging the Powertraveller Powergorilla laptop charger – just attach the two using the 6’ extension cable and the L52D tip to create a complete portable power station.

Note: Solargorilla is at it’s best when used in conjunction with the Powergorilla, particularly for laptops requiring in excess of 40 watts. The Solargorilla solar charger has been used successfully by aid agencies, emergency services, the military and adventure travelers, and has been tested in Africa, Australia, Afghanistan, North America and Europe.
To use with Macbook Pro, Macbook Air and Macbook you will need an Apple MagSafe Airline Adaptor or an alternate connection solution. Please note, the MagSafe cable is only suitable for Apple Macs incorporating the MagSafe style connector. If you are unsure if your Mac uses MagSafe, please email info@powertravellerusa.com. You may require the L77D tip for the older Mac laptops (such as Powerbook.). The MagSafe Airline adaptor cable will only POWER laptops, not charge them.
