Powerchimp

Powerchimp is a highly versatile, small portable charger for most handheld gadgets, and it can re-juice rechargeable batteries as well.

Small, colorful, pocket-sized; the Powertraveller Powerchimp will charge up your cell phone, iPod/MP3, PDA, PSP and Nintendo DS portable games consoles. The Powerchimp arrives pre-charged for immediate use, and incorporates a high powered LED flashlight. It utilizes two Powertraveller NI-MH rechargeable AA batteries which provide a full charge for most cell phones.

The Powerchimp is supplied with tips for the most popular cell phones, including a Made for iPod charging tip – making it compatible with all iPods including the new iPod Nano and the iTouch.

Once the Powerchimp has used all its juice, simply recharge it via your computer's USB socket using the retractable USB charging cable (included). Powerchimp will be fully charged in 5 hours.

The Powerchimp features quick battery charging with overcharge and discharge protection, as well as pulse charging technology to ensure long battery life. A Solarmonkey portable solar charger can also be teamed up with the Powerchimp to recharge using the sun.
